Job Description

• Technical and personnel leadership of a team of 8 to 10 employees in the cubic machining center area
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of daily work assignments
• Ensuring smooth production processes regarding quality, deadlines, and productivity
• Setting up, operating, and optimizing modern CNC machining centers in a flexible manufacturing system
• Continuous improvement of processes and workflows
• Promoting, developing, and motivating employees
• Active participation in technical issues and optimizations

Requirement Profile

• Training as a production specialist, polymechanic, or a comparable basic technical training
• Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing
• Initial leadership experience or the potential and motivation to take on a leadership task
• High social competence as well as an appreciative manner with employees
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Sense of responsibility, initiative, and team spirit
