CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (m/f/d) 80-100%

In the role of Construction Manager, you bear the responsibility for the organization and supervision of our construction projects until the final handover. You ensure that all projects are realized on schedule, within the budget framework, and in the highest quality. In doing so, you work closely with customers, architects, engineers, other specialist planners, as well as construction companies, to successfully implement innovative and efficient solutions.

What we want from you:

• Independent and organizationally strong personality, who ideally has training as an architect or draftsman specializing in architecture EFZ and has already gained experience as a construction manager in structural engineering.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a "hands-on" mentality
• Enjoyment of customer contact and in the role as a valued contact person
• Knowledge of the construction administration software "Messerli"
• Proficient German language skills
• Mastery of the Microsoft 365 package (Word, Excel, MS Project); further IT skills are an advantage
