The Afiro association's missions are professional rehabilitation and adapted employment intended for persons benefiting from disability insurance benefits. In order to complete its management teams active in its mechanical training and production workshop in Ecublens, it is looking for:

A polymechanic with MSP function 80% - 100%

Function: Socio-professional supervision of persons in rehabilitation measures and vocational training and in adapted employment. Development and management of training and production processes. Monitoring and control of quality and safety standards.

Profile (required skills):

• CFC as a polymechanic, with CNC skills. FANUC and Heidenhain language;
• CFFE certificate;
• Technical federal diploma or social training (ASP, MSP), an asset;
• Proven experience in managing production activities, training, and the supervision of a work team;
• Human, pedagogical and social skills;
• Dynamism and creativity;
• Versatility and autonomy;
• Mastery of usual IT and office tools;
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM drawing tools. Solidworks and Alphacam software.
