Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Carpenter (m/f/d) to support our team in the planning and execution of construction projects. In this role, you are responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the project, including resource planning, budget management, and quality assurance. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your tasks include the creation of project plans, monitoring progress, and communication with stakeholders. We expect you to bring a high level of organizational talent and leadership qualities to lead an effective team and achieve the project goals. You should also have sound knowledge of carpentry work and relevant building regulations. Requirement Profile

You should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field as well as at least 5 years of experience in project management in construction. Experience in carpentry work is an advantage. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work both in a team and independently. A high degree of problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are also required. Furthermore, you should be familiar with common project management tools and have a good understanding of budgeting and cost control.
