Site Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, transformation, and renovation projects from the study phase to the acceptance of works
• Ensure the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the different trades involved on the construction sites
• Ensure compliance with budgets, deadlines, quality requirements, and safety standards
• Be the primary contact for clients, partners, companies, and suppliers
• Organize and lead site meetings as well as coordination meetings
• Anticipate risks, identify suitable solutions, and guarantee the smooth running of operations
• Ensure the technical and administrative control of projects throughout their realization

Profile

• Training in the field of building, construction, or civil engineering
• Proven experience in managing construction or renovation projects
• Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Interpersonal skills and excellent communication with different interlocutors
• Sense of responsibility and strong orientation towards customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in standard IT tools related to project monitoring
• Valid driver's license
