Your tasks:

• Autonomous organization and implementation of ventilated facade projects on site
• Direction and motivation of a mounting team of 2 to 5 employees
• Assurance of quality, deadlines and occupational safety
• Arrangement of material and coordination of site logistics
• Documentation and reporting with modern digital tools
• Close collaboration with works management, project management and specialist planners
• Contribution to a positive and performance-oriented team culture

Your profile:

• Basic training as a CFC facade constructor, CFC metalworker, CFC carpenter, CFC roofer or equivalent training
• First experience as a team leader or motivation for the next career step
• Interest in exciting facade projects with high visibility
• Joy in leading and developing employees
• Solution-oriented and autonomous way of working
• Interest in modern tools such as tablets, digital site reports and contemporary processes
• Good command of German, spoken and written
• Category B driving license
