Job description

As a dipl. Polier/in, you will manage construction sites in structural and civil engineering and ensure smooth processes. You will lead the construction site personnel professionally and are responsible for enforcing occupational safety. Together with the construction management, you are responsible for the compliance and control of deadlines, costs and quality.

Requirement profile

-Basic training in structural engineering/civil engineering with further training to dipl. Polier
-Several years of professional experience
-Practice-oriented and independent
-Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
-Quality awareness
-Pleasant appearance when dealing with clients and construction management
-Leadership experience is an advantage
-Oral and written German skills
