Site Manager (100%)

Your field of activity

You will hold a key position within our Coordination and Geomatics Service with the unique opportunity to participate in the Viteos energy transition.

Your function requires managing calls for tender, ensuring local site management (DLT) and managing the financial part related to civil engineering works.

Your mission if you accept it:

• Ensure DLT (coordinate services, monitoring of civil engineering works)
• Establish and verify measurements with civil engineering companies
• Manage civil engineering invoices and budgets
• Prepare tender dossiers and evaluate offers
• Develop civil engineering submissions
• Manage information and relations with local residents
• Enforce and control safety rules within the framework of construction sites

Prerequisites, you must:

• Hold an ES technician Diploma site manager (CFC in civil engineering drafting or equivalent training)
• Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering site management
• Possess knowledge in reading diagrams and implementation
• Hold a category B driving license
• Know the laws, regulations and standards (SIA and VSS)
• Master IT tools (Messerli)
• Know the CAN
