Our Puidoux site, which has 150 employees, is a strategic supplier of metal tubes and high-precision components intended for medical devices. In a context of growth and strong regulatory requirements, we are strengthening our quality team.

We are looking for an electromechanical maintenance technician ready to play a key role in the reliability and performance of our equipment, while ensuring its proper functioning and supporting our production teams on a daily basis.

Mission ##

Within the Maintenance team, you ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment in order to guarantee its availability, reliability, and performance. You participate in all activities of the maintenance department while bringing particular expertise in industrial electricity and fault diagnosis.

Your main responsibilities ##

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on production equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical faults.
• Ensure the recommissioning of equipment in compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements.
• Participate in the update of technical documentation and electrical diagrams.
• Identify defective or obsolete components and search for suitable replacement solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and accompany external service providers during their interventions.
• Participate in continuous improvement actions aimed at improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Ensure the traceability of interventions in the CMMS.

Your profile ##

• CFC in Automation or equivalent technical training with experience in industrial maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a regulated environment (ISO 13485 or equivalent).
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance on various industrial equipment, including older equipment.
• Mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Solid knowledge of industrial electricity and good knowledge of industrial mechanics and pneumatics.
• Knowledge of a CMMS.
• Mastery of reading electrical diagrams and fault diagnosis.
• Knowledge of industrial controllers and operator interfaces is an asset.
• OIBT authorization art. 13 or 15 is an asset.
• Autonomous and pragmatic person, endowed with a strong field spirit and an approach oriented towards searching for concrete solutions.
