What you move * As a team member, you operate and set up the production plants, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure a smooth production process * As a quality manager, you guarantee that all products leaving our plant meet the highest standards * As a technical manager, you lead the personnel assigned to you at the plant and ensure that everyone knows exactly what to do * Your active cooperation in production also involves manual work - because you know that the best managers are those who also roll up their sleeves * With your knowledge and experience, you enter production data into the SAP system, thus ensuring a constantly up-to-date overview. What you bring * Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) * Specialization: Food industry * Professional experience: 2 - 5 years plant operator or baker * You work with precision and care to meet the highest quality standards * Your high awareness of quality and hygiene is essential to ensure that all our products comply with strict hygiene regulations * You are reliable and can work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals * Your working hours are from Monday - Saturday (2-shift between 02:00 - 20:00) each 5 days a week * German (A2).
