Tasks:

• Installation of the compressors on the test bench
• Execution of test runs
• Application of measurement technology and evaluation of results
• Analysis and rectification of errors
• Execution of acceptance procedures with internal and external customers as well as inspectors
• Disassembly and preservation of the machines for shipping
• Execution of improvement projects on the test bench

Requirements:

• Completed training as a polymechanic with a specialization in assembly or machine fitter
• Some years of experience in the assembly or commissioning of larger machines
• You know the required quality processes and procedures in the test bench environment
• You appreciate technical challenges and convince with your solution-oriented way of working
• High quality awareness is a matter of course for you, because you and your team are the final quality control in the entire manufacturing process
• React calmly and professionally to new situations in the presence of customers and understand how to set priorities
• Great manual dexterity, resilience, reliability and ability to work in a team are among your other strengths
• Familiar with MS Office
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• English skills are an advantage
• Good physical constitution for working on the test bench is required
• Ready to work in 2-shift operation
