Recognized and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialized in the provision of administrative personnel and executives, temporary and permanent, in many economic sectors, such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs, and local institutions.

On behalf of one of our clients, a company firmly established in the canton of Fribourg and active for many years in the heavy construction trades, we are looking for a Building and/or Civil Engineering Foreman capable of managing site activities and ensuring the smooth progress of the works.

Mission :
-------------

• Plan and organize interventions in collaboration with the site manager.
• Coordinate teams and distribute tasks according to the progress of the site.
• Anticipate needs for personnel, material, machinery, and supplies.
• Supervise the execution of the works and guarantee their compliance.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the site (daily reports, hours, measurements, consumption).
• Ensure the application of safety rules as well as compliance with environmental requirements.
• Maintain fluid communication with the different project stakeholders.
• Participate in the good cohesion of the teams and the maintenance of a positive working climate.

Profile
----------

• Foreman diploma or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in leading teams on building and/or civil engineering sites.
• Strong organizational skills and sense of priorities.
• Ease in resource management and coordination of works.
• Good mastery of common IT tools.
• Natural leadership and ability to mobilize teams around site objectives.
• Reliable, pragmatic, and field-oriented personality.
