Service Technician Shading Systems (a)

Goal of the role:

In this function, you will undertake the independent execution of service, repair, and installation work on modern shading and sun protection systems. Through your technical understanding and your customer orientation, you ensure a high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks:

Independent execution of service and repair work on shading systems

Dismantling, installation, and replacement of existing systems

Exchange of wear parts and technical components

Retrofitting and modernization of drive and control systems

Analysis of faults as well as assessment of suitable repair and replacement measures

Recording of measurements and technical data for offers and material orders

Competent advice and support of customers on site

Digital reporting of the completed work, working hours, and material consumption

Careful handling of vehicles, tools, and operating resources

Your profile:

Completed basic technical training, ideally in the field of sun and weather protection, metal construction, mechanics, or assembly

Career changers are welcome

Experience in service, assembly, or technical customer service is an advantage

Technical understanding and manual dexterity

Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working

Enjoyment of direct customer contact

Driver's license category B

Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Team player, resilient, and responsible personality
