What awaits you ###

• You carry out planned maintenance and inspections of technical installations in a professional manner
• You resolve faults in fire detection systems (FDS), parking guidance systems, building technology and other installations critical to operations
• You guarantee the safe functioning of technical installations through regular checks and rounds
• You take charge of small maintenance, repair and restoration tasks within the scope of your professional competence
• You manage and monitor technical systems such as fire detection systems and parking guidance systems
• You coordinate and accompany external service providers as well as subcontractors during on-site interventions
• You perform on-call interventions according to the schedule and ensure rapid fault resolution
• You actively report risks, faults and potential optimizations and document the work performed as well as the necessary follow-up measures

What you bring ###

• You have completed training in HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) or a basic craft training
• You have professional experience in a comparable role
• You possess a good technical understanding and are passionate about technical installations
• You have experience in the management, maintenance and troubleshooting of building technical installations and their controls
• You are proficient in MS Office and digital tools
• You distinguish yourself through an autonomous, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing
• You have a clean criminal record
