Construction Manager New Construction

Responsibility for the independent management of several parallel new construction projects in structural engineering, from planning to handover.

Tasks

• Independent management of several, parallel construction sites
• Resource planning and deployment
• Personnel and technical management of the construction site teams including occupational safety and quality assurance
• Work preparation and construction sequence planning
• Measuring and invoicing the construction sites including warranty acceptances
• Contact person for clients, business partners and employees
• Preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers

Profile

• Completed training in the main construction industry
• Further training as Dipl. Bauführer SBA, Techniker HF or comparable
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the realization of structural engineering projects, preferably new buildings
• Sound knowledge in construction site organization, construction sequence planning as well as cost and schedule management
• Independent, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented way of working with high team and customer orientation
