Monnier SA specializes in high-end finishing of watchmaking components: electroplating, watchmaking decoration, mechanical and laser engraving. Bath operator (F/M/X) 100%

Workplace: 2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds

Your responsibilities ###

• Hanging the parts to be treated on racks and threading them.
• Ensuring the passage of parts through the baths according to the operating sequences.
• Ensuring regular maintenance of the installations (cleaning, checking safety elements, preparation of the baths).
• Maintaining the racks (assembly/disassembly of hooks).
• Strictly respecting safety instructions (chemical products).

Your profile ###

• AFP assistant in surface treatment is an asset
• First experience in electroplating, surface treatment or industrial production (watchmaking, microtechnics) desired.
• Manual dexterity and meticulousness in the handling of small parts.
• Strict respect for safety instructions and work directives
• Reliability, rigor and punctuality.
• Team spirit and willingness to learn.
