Polymechanic wanted: Build and commission a new high-end machine – and become a specialist

In February 2027, a state-of-the-art production facility will be delivered to our customer – and you will be there from day one. As a polymechanic, you will take on a key role in the assembly and commissioning and develop specifically into a specialist in coordinate grinding. If you don't just understand precision but live it, you are exactly right here.

Your tasks

You are involved in the assembly and commissioning of the new production facility (Fehlmann VERSA 745, EROWA ERC 150, HEIDENHAIN TNC7) from the first day
You create and optimize CNC programs with Siemens NX as well as directly on the HEIDENHAIN TNC7
You set up the system and operate it independently – including automated and unmanned machining
You manufacture demanding precision parts in 5-axis milling and in coordinate grinding
You develop stable, reproducible processes for automated production
You check your parts independently and ensure the highest quality standards

Your profile

Completed training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ or comparable technical basic training
Sound experience in 5-axis milling and in handling HEIDENHAIN controls
CAM knowledge with Siemens NX is a plus – more important is your willingness to learn
Enthusiasm for precision and a real desire to become a professional in coordinate grinding
Independent, structured way of working and a strong sense of quality
Enjoyment of teamwork and good German language skills in speaking and writing
