Service Technician Refrigeration Technology (w/m/d)

Our client is a traditional, leading Swiss family and production company in the field of high-quality food and gourmet products based in the Lucerne area. With modern production sites and numerous specialty stores, the company stands for highest quality, freshness, and innovative strength.
To ensure the uninterrupted freshness chain and the reliable operation of the demanding commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, we are looking for an independent and solution-oriented specialist as a Service Technician Commercial Refrigeration Technology (w/m/d) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Independent localization of faults as well as professional repair and maintenance work on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Maintenance & Servicing: Performance of periodic inspection and maintenance work to ensure seamless, energy-efficient, and fault-free plant operation
• Plant Optimization: Active participation in technical adjustments, conversions, expansions, and modernizations of existing refrigeration systems
• Operational Safety: Occasional assumption of on-call duties according to the deployment plan to ensure continuous operational readiness

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Education: Successfully completed vocational training as a Refrigeration System Installer EFZ (or Refrigeration Technician) or several years of proven practice in the service of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Certification: Valid refrigerant specialist permit
• Technical Competence: Proficient technical understanding; knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR) as well as in hydraulics is a clear plus
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license category B (mandatory)
• Way of Working & Personality: High personal responsibility, reliability, clean way of working, and strong team spirit
