Your mission

For one of our clients, a regional company active for several decades in landscaping and security, based in Bulle, we are looking for a Foreman (M/F) to ensure the coordination and monitoring of its fencing sites. You are the field reference: from preparation to the handover of works, you guarantee execution within the deadlines, with quality and in complete safety. Your tasks: Prepare execution files Supervise, supervise and coordinate teams on sites Organize work and distribute tasks according to priorities and available resources Implement plans, instructions and technical specifications Plan interventions and ensure compliance with deadlines and objectives Manage needs for material, equipment and personnel Guarantee execution quality, compliance with safety standards and regulations Coordinate with project managers, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders Identify difficulties on the ground and propose suitable solutions Ensure the monitoring of works and transmit useful information to site management

Your profile

You are a field person, autonomous and organized, capable of taking responsibilities and managing a team. You have: Professional training in a technical or construction field, ideally completed by training as a foreman or team leader Confirmed experience in site management and team management The ability to read and interpret plans and technical documents Knowledge of safety rules and requirements applicable to sites in Switzerland Ease with IT tools and site monitoring tools A category B driver's license Excellent command of French You are: Dynamic, committed and solution-oriented Rigorous and attentive to the quality of work Comfortable in relationships, with a true team spirit Sensitive to safety and compliance with procedures Proactive, with the desire to improve working methods
