CIP Mechanic 80 - 100 %

Main tasks

• Responsibility for the optimal workstation design in production with regard to quality, costs and ergonomics
• Support and inventory management of the Kaizen workshop
• Supporting production employees in the practical implementation of their improvement ideas
• Construction and commissioning of production islands and manufacturing lines
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process and design of changes in processes and working methods

Profile

• Completed technical training and experience as a polymechanic, production mechanic or in a comparable position
• Initial experience in Lean Management or with Kaizen methods is an advantage
• Manual dexterity, creativity and an independent way of working
• Open and outgoing personality with communication skills and enjoyment in driving improvements together in a team
• IT user knowledge and experience with ERP systems are an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
