Road Builder / Civil Engineer / Specialist Foundation Construction Worker (m/f/d)

Do you know how to work on a construction site, roll up your sleeves, and are you reliable? Then we would like to get to know you.

For an established construction company based in Goldau, we are looking for reliable specialists and experienced construction workers for road construction, civil engineering, or specialist foundation construction.

You have completed training in construction or have acquired your skills through several years of practical experience? Both profiles are welcome. What matters is your experience, your quality of work, and your reliable cooperation in the team.

YOUR TASKS – DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND AREA OF APPLICATION:

• Cooperation in road construction, excavation, and earthworks
• Creating trenches as well as assisting in the laying of utility lines, drainage lines, and sewage systems
• Introducing and compacting gravel and other building materials
• Installing edge restraints as well as cooperating in landscaping and concrete work
• In specialist foundation construction: support with drilling, anchoring, and injection work as well as with excavation pit securing and shotcrete work
• Providing tools and material as well as operating small construction equipment according to your experience and instruction
• Compliance with safety regulations and careful handling of equipment and material

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• A completed apprenticeship as a Road Builder EFZ, Road Construction Practitioner EBA, Basic Builder EFZ, Basic Builder Practitioner EBA, or a comparable training

or sound practical experience as a construction worker in road construction, civil engineering, or specialist foundation construction

• Reliability, punctuality, and a careful way of working
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors
• Team spirit and the willingness to actively roll up your sleeves
• Sufficient German language skills to understand work instructions and safety regulations
• Driving license Category B is an advantage
• Experience with construction equipment, compaction equipment, or as a drilling assistant is an advantage

YOU DO NOT NEED TO MASTER ALL THE MENTIONED TASKS. We are looking for employees with experience in at least one of the mentioned areas.
