• Be responsible for the operation, monitoring, control, and regulation of technical facilities in the areas of heating, air conditioning, filtration, ventilation, water, and energy supply, and monitor and maintain all technical systems for functionality and safety
• Perform maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, repair, and overhaul work
• Supervise and carry out outdoor work, ice control, and snow removal
• Ensure the issuance and return of infrastructure, the maintenance of shooting ranges and training facilities including barriers, equipment, and cleanup work
• Carry out the administration and supervision of the storage of plant operating materials and substances

• Completed technical or craft vocational training with several years of professional experience in the field of operation, maintenance, and upkeep of plants, buildings, and objects
• Driving license category B, experience in driving vehicles in difficult terrain, as well as good IT user skills
• Flexible personality with a conscientious and independent way of working, as well as the willingness to perform on-call duties, as well as the required weapon training (pistols). Military knowledge is an advantage
• Customer- and team-oriented behavior with a strong service mindset
• A strong degree of motivation to learn and adaptability
