Your responsibilities Set up and ensure productions on our various forging presses (Direct Drive and friction) Manage the manufacturing rhythm and guarantee performance on high-volume productions Master and adjust forging process parameters (lubrication, billet temperature, and impact energy) Control the quality of forged parts, identify defects, and adapt production parameters accordingly Optimize changeovers by applying SMED principles Diagnose tooling-related issues and ensure first-level maintenance of workstations Ensure the restoration of the production station at the end of a series Autonomously manage consumables necessary for production, notably the preparation and control of greases Ensure self-control, perform production and quality monitoring records Collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee the smoothness and performance of operations Your profile Confirmed experience in industrial forging (non-ferrous materials) Excellent mastery of setting up and operating forging presses (Direct Drive and/or friction) Very good understanding of forging processes and conditions Ability to read and analyze a forged part, identify defects, and make the necessary corrections Good knowledge of tooling and ability to perform technical diagnostics Comfortable with common IT tools, notably Excel and Word Autonomous, rigorous, and performance-oriented Team spirit and excellent communication skills We offer you A technical activity involving genuine professional expertise A dynamic and collaborative environment A human-sized company, close to its employees Attractive and evolving conditions Modern tools and a diversified machine park Your technical expertise, your operational rigor, your sense of responsibility, as well as your performance culture will be essential assets for succeeding in this function.
