For the care and maintenance of several properties in the Biel region, we are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and mobile personality as of immediately or by arrangement as a

Hauswart 100% (m/w/d)

Your activities:

• Thorough cleaning of stairwells, common rooms, and cellar areas – you value well-maintained properties and well-maintained waste disposal areas.
• Maintenance of outdoor areas (mowing lawns, trimming shrubs and hedges, removing weeds) as well as general surroundings work.
• Independent execution of minor repairs, rectifying defects on site, as well as simple inspection and maintenance work on the building's technical systems.
• Care of several properties at different locations in the region.

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Sound experience in building or maintenance cleaning. Training as a Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt or Gebäudereiniger:in is an advantage, but not a must – your experience, motivation, and quality of work count!
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding for minor repairs and maintenance work in and around the properties.
• Driver's license Kat. B is mandatory
• Independent, structured way of working, good physical fitness, high reliability, as well as a friendly demeanor towards tenants.
• German and/or French as well as good knowledge of the second language.
