For our client, an established company in structural, civil, and infrastructure construction, we are looking for an experienced and responsible personality as a Foreman Civil and Structural Engineering.

Your tasks:

• Independent leadership and organization of various construction sites in cooperation with the construction management
• Leadership and coordination of employees on the construction site
• Active participation in the arising construction work
• Creation of daily, machine, wage, and hourly reports
• Ensuring a smooth and timely construction process
• Monitoring the quality and efficiency of the performed work
• Compliance with regulations regarding occupational safety and environmental protection
• Coordination of material, machines, and personnel

Your profile

• Completed training in the main construction industry
• Further training as a Foreman or Foreperson is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in structural, civil, or infrastructure construction
• Experience in leading construction site teams
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented personality
• Good German skills
• Driving license category B is an advantage
