For our customer, we are looking for a qualified

Toolmaker (a)

Your tasks:

• Independent conversion and setup of injection molding machines
• Precise adjustment of machine parameters to ensure optimal production processes
• Programming and operation of linear robots (further training and thorough induction will be offered)
• Monitoring product quality as well as seamless documentation of production key figures
• Target-oriented instruction and training of machine operators regarding packaging instructions and quality criteria
• Carrying out regular maintenance and cleaning work on the production facilities

Qualifications

Your competencies:

• Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or plastics technologist
• Two to five years of sound professional experience in the plastics industry
• Proven practical knowledge in setting up and operating injection molding machines
• Experience in programming linear robots is an advantage
• Careful, structured way of working with strong technical understanding
• Strong team and communication skills, especially when instructing operating personnel
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (early and late shift)
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
