Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the direction and monitoring of construction sites, from preparation to the acceptance of works
• Prepare tenders, analyze offers and establish comparisons
• Plan and coordinate the interventions of companies and different trades
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality of execution and current standards
• Organize site meetings and write minutes
• Maintain relationships of trust with representatives, companies and partners
• Guarantee effective communication with all project stakeholders

Profile

• Training as a Construction Manager or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in tenders and site monitoring
• German native language with good knowledge of French (B1-B2 level)
• Organized, autonomous person with an excellent sense of responsibility
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
