Milk Technologist

Introduction

For our client from food production, we are looking for a committed specialist in the field of milk technology for a permanent position in 2-shift operation with a workload of 100 %. The assignment takes place in a production environment where the operation and monitoring of modern production facilities is the focus. We are looking for a person who reliably accompanies production processes, consistently complies with quality, hygiene, and safety specifications, and, if necessary, independently recognizes and rectifies simple malfunctions. Additionally, the careful documentation of production data in the ERP system is part of the daily area of responsibility. The position is suitable for persons with experience in the food industry, the dairy industry, or in a creamery, who work in a structured manner and enjoy working in a production team.

Tasks

• You operate and monitor our production facilities in the field of milk processing.
• You ensure a smooth production process in compliance with all quality, hygiene, and safety specifications.
• You recognize simple malfunctions early and rectify them independently within the scope of your responsibility.
• You support optimizations of the production processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• You carry out cleaning and control work carefully in accordance with operational specifications.
• You document production data completely and correctly in the ERP system.
• You work actively in the production team and support the induction of new employees.

Profile

• You have completed training in the food industry, milk technology, or a comparable specialty.
• You bring experience in the food industry, dairy industry, or creamery.
• Ideally, you have already worked with ERP systems.
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing, at least at level B2 to C1.
• You are prepared to work in shift operation.
• You work in a team-oriented, reliable, and independent manner.
• You handle production processes, documentation, and quality requirements carefully.
