Your area of responsibility

• Independent and self-responsible processing of exciting structural engineering projects in the new construction and renovation sector
• Management of the tendering and awarding process
• Responsibility for cost planning and cost control
• Coordination on the construction site from the start of construction through to commissioning and the completion of warranty work

Your profile

• At least 6 years of professional experience in construction management and tendering
• Several years of experience with submission procedures for private and public procurement
• Your negotiation skills distinguish you, particularly in customer contact
• You have a good sense for planning and coordination
• You are well-acquainted with construction administration, SIA standards, and current legislation
• You are a team player and value open and honest communication
• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and the advisory function
