Poly- / Production Mechanic CNC Turning (80 to 100 %)

• Setting up, operating and optimizing 2- to 4-axis CNC turning machines, 5-axis drilling centers as well as hard turning machines with robotic systems
• Selection of suitable tools and determination of efficient manufacturing processes
• Monitoring ongoing manufacturing processes as well as ensuring high product quality
• Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities in manufacturing
• Supporting the grinding and honing areas
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

• Completed training as Polymechanikerin EFZ or Produktionsmechanikerin EFZ
• Initial experience in CNC manufacturing is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in modern manufacturing technologies
