Customer Gardener (m/f/d)

We at Villiger Arnosti, as part of the GarLa Gruppe, are a company specializing in professional horticulture.
Our company is based in Root and consists of a team of 20 employees who dedicate themselves every day with great devotion to realizing the garden dreams of our customers.
We have been active for you in Central Switzerland for more than 25 years.

• Care and maintenance of our customers' gardens together with your work group as a responsible, decisive, and proactive customer gardener
• You are able to work independently and organize yourself, while always paying attention to an efficient way of working for your team.
• For the coordination of further work based on requests or suggestions from customers, you are in active contact with our construction managers.
• For all work carried out, you take over the daily reporting via iPad and ensure a clean and correct procedure.
• Training as a landscape gardener
• Possibly further training as a head gardener, green space specialist, or gardener FA
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Friendly and customer-oriented thinking and acting
