Your area of responsibility * Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC surface and profile grinding machines * Manufacturing precision parts according to drawings, work plans and quality specifications * Measuring, checking and documenting the manufactured parts * Making necessary corrections and program adjustments * Carrying out grinding wheel changes and simple maintenance work * Supporting adjacent production areas * Contributing suggestions for improvement within the framework of the continuous improvement process Your profile * Completed basic mechanical training, as Polymechaniker/in EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ or a comparable qualification alternatively several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing * Experience in CNC grinding, preferably in surface or profile grinding * Confident handling of technical drawings, work and inspection plans * Good knowledge of measuring and testing technology * Readiness to work in 3-shift operation * Good German skills in spoken and written form * SAP and PC user knowledge is an advantage * Independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working * Reliable, flexible and team-oriented personality * Willingness to learn and openness to new tasks Your perspective [SCHNEEBERGER®!](< >) As an innovative market leader for 100 years, the future is a tradition with us.
