Your tasks * You independently monitor, maintain, and service technical systems in our customer properties * In doing so, you specifically look after systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical * You carry out regular functional and operational controls * Faults are analyzed by you, repaired directly if possible, and necessary further measures are initiated * Smaller repairs, adjustments, and conversions are planned and executed by you independently * External specialist companies and suppliers are coordinated as needed and their assignments on-site are accompanied * You request quotations if necessary and support the technical assessment of necessary work * Maintenance, control, and repair work is documented cleanly and traceably by you * You report damages, defects, and necessary investments early * Safety, health, and environmental regulations are strictly observed * You are in regular contact with customers, tenants, and external partners * You undertake on-call duty within the framework of a regulated model. Your profile * You have completed a craft or technical training * For example, as a specialist in facility maintenance, electrical installer, sanitary installer, heating installer, or in a comparable profession * Professional experience in technical facility management or building technology is an advantage * You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner * You have technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills * Customer orientation and a professional appearance are a matter of course for you * Very good German skills in speaking and writing are required * Driving license category B is required.
