Ventilation System Builder / Service Technician Ventilation & Air Conditioning 100% (m/f/d) – Combination of technical work & office activities – Olten region

For our customer in the Olten region, we are looking for a motivated and experienced ventilation system builder or service technician in the field of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration technology, starting immediately or by arrangement.

This varied position offers you an interesting combination of practical technical work and administrative activities in the office. In addition to the maintenance and repair of sophisticated systems, you will also undertake the planning, preparation, and documentation of technical work.

You will work at a fixed location, take on individual responsibility, and, together with an experienced team, ensure safe and reliable system operation.

Your tasks

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of complex ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Carrying out inspections, functional tests, and regular measurements
• Independent analysis and sustainable rectification of technical faults
• Collaboration on new installations, conversions, and commissioning
• Mechanical maintenance of fans, bearings, belt drives, and shafts
• Planning, preparation, and coordination of technical maintenance work
• Creation and updating of work documents and technical documentation
• Administrative and organizational activities in the office
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and occupational health and safety regulations
• Close cooperation with an experienced team with high technical competence

Your profile

• Completed training as a Lüftungsanlagenbauer EFZ or in a comparable mechanical profession
• Several years of professional experience in the field of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration technology
• Further training as a Service Technician Ventilation/Air Conditioning is an advantage
• Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology
• Experience in the mechanical maintenance of technical systems is an advantage
• Confident reading and understanding of technical plans and diagrams
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Good organizational skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High awareness of safety and quality
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated personality
