Join our AMAG Lausanne center as a Mechanical Workshop Manager (M/F) at 100% for a position to be filled immediately or by arrangement.

At the head of an experienced team, you will be responsible for workshop organization, employee development and overall performance.

Your tasks ##

• You are responsible for the management of a large team.
• You have 3 team leaders under your direct responsibility.
• You ensure coordination between the customer service and the mechanical workshop.
• You drive workshop activity, in collaboration with the Aftersales Manager, in order to guarantee the achievement of performance, quality and profitability objectives.
• You supervise the key performance indicators (KPI) and ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
• You support and develop the team leaders in order to strengthen their managerial skills and ensure the application of our quality standards.
• You ensure the monitoring and support of apprentices.

Your profile ##

• Basic professional training as an automotive mechatronics technician CFC.
• A federal diploma of automobile diagnostician or training in people management would be an asset.
• Management training and proven experience in a similar function.
• Experience within our brands' network would constitute an advantage.
• Recognized technical expertise as well as a real affinity for technological innovations in the automotive sector.
• A high level of demand in terms of quality, organization and respect for deadlines.
• A strong customer orientation, a marked sense of responsibility and the ability to unite teams around common objectives.
