Polymechanic - CNC Production with CNC cylindrical grinding machines

Activity

• Set up, program and operate CNC cylindrical grinding machines
• Grind individual parts and small series with high quality requirements
• Select and configure clamping devices, grinding wheels and process parameters
• Ensure dimensional accuracy according to drawings, tolerances and quality specifications

Requirements

• Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding, preferably on Studer machines
• Exact, independent and quality-oriented way of working
• Good German skills and basic IT knowledge
• Flexibility regarding working hours
