Your field of activity

• In close cooperation with architecture firms, sales, project management and specialist planners, you develop economical and sustainable timber construction solutions
• From the first idea to execution, you advise and support customers, architects and internal stakeholders
• You develop concepts, designs and planning for exciting timber construction projects such as schools, residential and office buildings
• You continuously develop your expertise in the field of timber construction and timber technology and bring new findings into the projects
• As a practical trainer, you joyfully accompany our apprentices on their way, pass on your specialist knowledge in a practical manner, promote an open learning culture and actively shape the further development of our training

Your foundation

• You have successfully completed training as a draftsperson specializing in architecture EFZ or a comparable training
• You are proficient in using common CAD programs and ideally already bring experience with Revit
• You complement your strong technical and planning understanding with an exact, structured and independent way of working
• The training and accompaniment of apprentices inspires you, initial experience as a practical trainer is a plus, the corresponding course is either already completed or you are ready to complete it
• With your patience, your natural authority and your communicative skills, you create a motivating environment for young people and convince in everyday work through your appreciative demeanor
