Job Description

• Construction and design of garden and green spaces
• Execution of new installations and garden redesigns
• Care and maintenance of private and public green spaces
• Planting of trees, shrubs, hedges, and perennials
• Creation of places, paths, stairs, and walls
• Laying of natural stone slabs and paving stones
• Execution of paving work
• Construction of privacy screens, fences, and garden structures
• Lawn construction and general maintenance work
• Pruning of trees, shrubs, and hedges
• Operation of horticultural tools and construction machinery
• Earthworks as well as preparation of the subsoil
• Working in a team at various construction sites in Zentralschweiz

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as Gärtner/in EFZ, specialization in garden and landscape construction
• Completed training as Gärtner/in EBA
• Completed training as Landschaftsgärtner/in
• Or a comparable training in horticulture
• Professional experience in garden and landscape construction is an advantage
• Recent graduates are very welcome
• Enjoyment of working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Knowledge in handling plants, natural stones, and horticultural materials
• Manual dexterity and physical resilience
• Independent, reliable, and clean way of working
• Teamwork skills and a motivated attitude towards work
• Good German language skills
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Driver's license category BE or experience with construction machinery is an advantage
