Caretaker with technical understanding (100%)

Your tasks:

• You look after and monitor the building technical systems and rectify malfunctions independently
• You carry out regular control rounds, inspections, as well as minor maintenance and repair work
• You are responsible for the proper care of the grounds and surroundings, including seasonal tasks
• You coordinate and accompany external tradespeople as well as service partners during maintenance and repair work
• You stand by tenants, owners, and users as a competent contact person for technical and infrastructural concerns

Qualifications

• You have a completed manual or technical basic training (e.g., as specialist in facility maintenance, electrical installer, sanitary installer, or comparable)
• You possess a sound overall technical understanding as well as practical experience in building maintenance
• You possess proficient German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2)
• You are a reliable, conscientious, and independently acting personality with a high service orientation
• Ideally, you have a valid driving license of category B for assignments on-site

Key data for employment:

• You complete a thorough introduction from 18.01.2027 to 22.01.2027
• You take over the substitution from 25.01.2027 until approximately 23.04.2027
• You work at an attractive assignment location in the region of Winterthur
