For one of our clients, a human-sized company active in the manufacturing of high-precision mechanical components, we are looking for a production mechanic to strengthen its team.

Activity rate: 80 to 100 %

Working hours: 14 h – 22 h

Your mission:

• Ensure production monitoring on CNC machining machines.
• Supply equipment and monitor the smooth running of operations.
• Perform dimensional and visual controls of manufactured parts.
• Carry out simple corrections and first-level interventions according to established procedures.
• Identify technical anomalies and collaborate with setters for their resolution.
• Guarantee compliance with quality and traceability requirements.
• Participate in the routine maintenance of equipment and the continuous improvement of processes.

Your profile:

• CFC in production mechanics or training deemed equivalent.
• First experience in a CNC machining environment, ideally in Swiss-turning (décolletage).
• Good knowledge of technical drawing reading and metrology.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments and dimensional controls.
• Interest in machining processes and precision mechanics.
• Autonomous, methodical person attentive to quality.
• Team spirit, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work in a fixed schedule from 14 h to 22 h.
