Your area of responsibility corely includes the following interesting activities:

• Independent organization and management of construction sites
• Coordination of personnel and machines
• Implementation of specifications from the construction managers and active cooperation on the construction site
• Monitoring of deadlines, safety, and work progress
• Creation of daily and hourly reports
• Coordination with construction management and other project participants

In order to convince with your competencies, you bring the following:

• Training in the main construction industry, ideally as a foreman / site manager
• Practical experience in demolition, dismantling, earthworks is an advantage
• Practical experience in leading construction site teams
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working, efficiency is important to you
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
• Driver's license Cat. B required
