For our client, an established company in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a versatile and reliable personality with manual skill, technical understanding, and enjoyment of varied tasks related to building maintenance.

Your tasks:

• Performing maintenance, repair, and restoration work on buildings and facilities
• Maintaining and managing the indoor and outdoor areas
• Checking and monitoring the technical building installations
• Identifying and rectifying faults and minor defects
• Supporting cleaning, environmental, and caretaker tasks
• Coordinating and accompanying external craftsmen and service providers
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety on the premises

Your profile:

• Manual or technical basic training is an advantage
• Professional experience in building maintenance, caretaker services, or a comparable function
• Versatile manual skill and good technical understanding
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working
• Physical resilience and flexible readiness for deployment
• Friendly appearance and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Good German language skills
• Category B driver's license is an advantage
