Construction Manager Civil Engineering

You will take over the construction management of larger and more complex civil engineering projects in Central Switzerland and be responsible for their technical and financial control.

Tasks

• Construction management in the execution of larger and complex projects
• Enforcement of occupational safety and quality management
• Responsibility for profit and loss of your own projects
• Resource and deployment planning
• Personnel management of construction managers, foremen, and groundwater personnel on projects
• Claims management as well as monitoring of contract management
• Financial and technical project controlling

Profile

• Completed construction technology training as a civil engineer, master builder, or construction manager
• Comprehensive knowledge in the main construction industry as a project manager or construction manager
• Large-scale project experience and corresponding references
• Leadership experience and strong social competence
• Negotiation skills and proximity to customers
• Analytical and communicative skills as well as networked thinking
• High sense of responsibility and independent way of working
