Does the journey from grain to bread fascinate you? In our Weizenkorn Bäckerei, we produce fresh breads, croissants, and other delicacies with a lot of love and craftsmanship – all homemade, without additives. As an integration company of the Stiftung Weizenkorn, we offer exciting jobs and training positions for people with disabilities.

To support our team, we are looking for a committed individual who bakes with passion, starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your field of activity

• Production of bread, rolls, and fine pastries
• Producing, processing, and baking doughs
• Ensuring a constantly high product quality
• Participation in the development of new baked goods
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Care and cleaning of machines and workstations
• Support with goods ordering and inventory management
• Agogic support, guidance, and promotion of employees at the supported workplace

Your profile

• Training as a baker or corresponding professional experience
• Passion for the traditional baker's craft
• Further training or experience in work agogics and in working with people with impaired performance is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• High awareness of quality and hygiene
• Team spirit and flexibility
• Readiness for early working hours as well as day shifts (Monday to Saturday)
