For our important client in Sopraceneri, we are immediately looking for an Electromechanical Assembler (M/F/D).

Job Description ##

• Electromechanical assembly: Assemble mechanical and electrical components of UPS modules and systems following operating instructions, technical drawings, and company procedures.
• Electrical wiring: Perform electrical connections, laying, and fixing of cables and components according to technical specifications.
• Quality control: Verify the correct execution of operations, perform the required self-checks, and report any anomalies or non-conformities.
• Use of tools: Correctly use manual and electrical tools and tightening instruments, respecting tightening torques and marking procedures.
• Material management: Verify the availability and conformity of the components necessary for assembly activities.
• Safety and organization: Respect HSE procedures and maintain order and cleanliness of workstations according to 5S principles.
• Continuous improvement: Collaborate to achieve production objectives, respecting cycle times and contributing to the reduction of waste.

We expect ##

• technical training in the electrical, electronic, or mechanical field, experience in industrial wiring, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical assembly in industrial contexts.
• Good manual dexterity and familiarity with the use of assembly tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.
• Precision, attention to detail, and quality orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and respect production timelines.
• Reliability, flexibility, and availability for shift work.
