For our office in Bremgarten as well as our seven other locations in the Canton Aargau, we are looking for a reliable, committed, and technically savvy personality, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

In this versatile function, you ensure the smooth operation and safety of our locations and properties. Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring ongoing facility maintenance as well as technical and infrastructural facilities at our locations
• Execution of minor repair, maintenance, and upkeep work
• Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen, specialist companies, and service providers
• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations, operational requirements, and standards
• Performing the function as Safety Officer (SIBE) for the operation and the associated properties
• Identifying safety and maintenance needs as well as initiating suitable measures
• Organization and coordination of maintenance and servicing work
• Creation and maintenance of overviews, documentation, and protocols
• Taking over general organizational and administrative tasks in the area of facility management and safety

Your profile

You have completed training in the field of facility management, technology, or a comparable qualification (at least EFZ) and ideally bring practical experience in a similar function.

You also convince us through:

• Completed further training as a Safety Officer (SIBE) – mandatory requirement
• Very good IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Pronounced sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Manual dexterity and a pronounced practical way of thinking
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license and own vehicle for the care of our various properties

You enjoy working independently, maintain an overview even with different tasks, and enjoy taking responsibility for a safe and functioning operation.
