Your tasks

• Operation and maintenance: You ensure the daily operation of the property. This includes inspection rounds, monitoring order and cleanliness, operating simple technical facilities as well as the early recognition and reporting of malfunctions or defects
• Coordination: You look after external service providers and coordinate maintenance and repair work HKLS
• Support: You look after the entire bathing technology
• Area: You carry out maintenance, repairs and documentation in building management sanitary, heating, ventilation systems
• GLS: You operate and monitor the building management system
• Access systems: You carry out lockings and program access media
• On-call service: You are willing to participate in the on-call service (ideally with a place of residence max. 1 hour away)

Your profile

• Professional experience: You bring experience in a comparable function, ideally in the sanitary / heating / ventilation area
