Site Manager Electrical Installer (m/f)

For our customer, an established company with around 30 employees in the field of electrical installation and ICT, we are looking for a site manager electrical installer for the Basel area. Your tasks include: Management of electrical installation projects on the construction site from preparation to handover; Coordination with the client, general contractors, and other trades; Deployment planning of the assembly team as well as material procurement on site; Monitoring of deadlines, quality, and working hours as well as management of the construction site documentation; Active participation in the installation work as required. You bring with you: Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by further training as a team leader or at least 5 years of experience as a site manager; At least 5 years of construction site experience, preferably with leadership experience; Independent, precise, and reliable way of working; Positive and friendly personality that values pragmatic cooperation and good togetherness; Good German skills as a working language; French skills are an advantage; Driver's license category B.
