Polymechaniker/in - CNC Manufacturing with Heidenhain and Mastercam

Activity

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC milling machines
• Programming of CNC machining processes with Heidenhain controls
• Creation and optimization of CNC programs with Mastercam
• Manufacturing of individual parts as well as small and medium series according to drawings
• Quality control of the manufactured workpieces using common measuring tools
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and programs
• Maintenance and care of the machines and operational resources

Requirements

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC milling
• Very good knowledge in programming with Heidenhain
• Experience in handling Mastercam
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• Able to work in a team, flexible, and resilient
