For our client in the Solothurn region, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality who enjoys taking on responsibility and ensures order, cleanliness, and smooth operations.

As a caretaker, you can expect no monotonous everyday life: technology, repairs, garden maintenance, cleaning, and organization ensure plenty of variety.

What awaits you
You independently take care of all caretaker tasks in and around the properties
You check and monitor technical systems
You carry out smaller repairs directly yourself
You perform lighting and general property inspections
You undertake maintenance and special cleaning
You ensure that entrance areas, stairs, forecourts, and parking spaces are well-maintained
Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and other garden work are also part of it
In winter, you ensure safe paths with snow removal and salting
You take care of parking garages and their management
For special tasks, you obtain suitable offers
What you should bring

You are someone who thinks ahead, rolls up their sleeves, and finds solutions instead of waiting for instructions.

Ideally, you bring the following:

Training as a caretaker with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis), specialist in facility management (Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt), or a comparable manual or technical training
Professional experience in the field of caretaker services, maintenance, or facility management
Manual dexterity and technical understanding
Confident handling of machines and equipment
Very good German skills
Independent and reliable way of working
Organizational talent and sense of responsibility
Readiness for on-call duties
Driver's license Cat. B
Trailer test is an advantage
Basic PC skills
